App for BEYOND hearing aid works with following Apple devices:

- iPad Air 2, Air, iPad (4th generation), mini 3, mini 2, mini with Retina display and newer
- iPod touch 6th generation
- Apple Watch
App for BEYOND hearing aid works with following Android devices:
- Samsung Galaxy S7, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, Samsung Galaxy S6, Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and newer
- HTC 10, LG G5, Moto Z Play, Sony Xperia XZ, Google Pixel, Google Pixel XL, LG Nexus 5X
